This Vigna Oro Balsamic Vinegar is crafted in one of the finest culinary traditions of Italy. Made with grape must in the Modena region and aged in oak and cherry barrels for a minimum of 10 years, this traditional balsamic vinegar is as classic as it gets. Featuring exquisite quality, this authentic Italian balsamic vinegar is rich, dense, and exploding with delicious flavor.
Notes of cherry and chestnut are apparent from the wood aging casks. Notes of dried plums also come through, making this fruity vinegar a lovely complement for aged cheeses like Parmigiano Reggiano and desserts like berries and ice cream. For a savory experience, combine Vigna Oro Balsamic Vinegar with grilled meats as a marinade or glaze or drizzle it over grilled vegetables or fresh, creamy mozzarella and tomatoes in a classic Caprese salad.
