This Moraiolo selection features extreme intensity in an organic extra virgin olive oil produced from green Moraiolo olives. It has enticing notable aromas of grass and artichoke. 

The flavor is complex, it recalls mint and basil with reminiscence of chicory, lettuce and a strong almond note at the end. Bitter and strong spicy.

Perfect pairings include bitter greens salads, roasted and grilled vegetables, on mushrooms, bruschetta with tomato, tuna salads, marinated octopus, bean soups, grilled swordfish, red meat, hard cheeses.

The oil is produced in the region of Lazio by the Quattrociocchi family, who have been growing olives since 1888. Quattrociocchi olive oil is produced from olives harvested from the family's vast grove of 34,000 trees. Every batch is made entirely in the family's own mill and is certified organic.
