From the premium line at Olio Mimì, we present the Coratina monocultivar selection. This EVOO is noted as is an intense green fruity extra virgin olive oil, both ample and enveloping, rich in hints of leaf and artichoke accompanied by elegant spicy notes. Bitter and spicy are firm and harmonious.

The olive oil selections at Olio Mimì Coratina were born from the passion of Donato and Michele and their mother Giuditta, who have fulfilled the dream of their father Domenico, also known as Mimì. Their olive grove spreads over 80 hectares, where they cultivate with dedication 24,000 olive trees that yield about 500 hectolitres of oil every year.

The powerful vegetal notes of leafy vegetables on which fresh almond and field chicory and cardoon aftertaste stand out.
