We're thrilled to have Villa Zottopera Organic. An outstanding Sicilian oil - great as a finishing oil - produced from Tonda Iblea olive groves dating back to the 14th Century. From the area of Ragusa in southern Sicily. Unfiltered. EU Organic. 

Great care is taken in hand-picking the olives. This ensures the integrity of the drupe. The olives are immediately sent to the press for crushing with modern cold extraction. The oil settles for a brief period of decantation, before bottling.
