San Giuliano Sicilian Orange Biscuits Organic

Prepared according to family recipes by Marchesi di San Giuliano in Sicily. 

Also known as biscuit or cookies, these delicate, crisp biscotti are full of chunks of estate-grown candied orange peel. The sweet thin pastry is balanced by the slight bitterness of the orange. 

Best enjoyed with tea or as a light treat at the end of a meal. 

The estate dates back 800 years, and the fruit orchard has been organically managed since the 1980s. The lemon harvest and biscotti baking take place exclusively on the San Giuliano estate.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, cane sugar, butter (28%), orange zest (20%), orange juice, orange oil, natural fine sea salt, white sugar.

Organic certified.

May contain traces of almonds, pistachios, hazelnuts and walnuts.
