Our truffle salt is sea salt from caves in Emilia Romagna is blended with 10% black summer truffles from Umbria.

Hold the jar in your hands and you will hold the aroma of fresh truffles in your kitchen. A touch of this salt will change the flavor of any dish you make... Sprinkle on eggs, or on a steak, or roasted vegetables to add a deeply aromatic and flavorful essence to your food. Toss in pasta, and for the truly adventurous, try a sprinkle on buttered popcorn.
