Enjoy the fresh taste of lemon pasta with this remarkable egg fettucine from Rustichella in Abruzzo. 

The pastas are made with high quality semolina, eggs, lemon and water, and they are very patiently dried on site. The texture is rough to capture the flavor of the pasta and sauce.

Fettucine - flat and narrow stranded pasta– traditionally served with seafood or pesto. Also wonderful with a lemon or lemon cream sauce.
