Ravida Aceto di Vino, Sicilian Marsala Wine Vinegar with Grape Must

Ravida fans are dancing with joy with this new vinegar that pairs ever so nicely with their luscious olive oil. 

Ravida's wine vinegar is produced in the Marsala area of western Sicily, near Trapani. 

A unique blend of wine vinegar and grape must, this vinegar elevates whatever it touches. This special blend of the grape cultivars, Grillo and Catarratto, ferments and ages in wooden barrels for a minimum of four years before bottling. 

This makes a perfect dressing together with Ravida extra virgin olive oil. In recipes, it deepens flavors in marinades and braises. It is especially recommended with a recipe for Red Onions with Thyme Stewed in Ravida Red Wine Vinegar. Please note, a little goes a long way.
