Podere Francesco Montepulciano Grape Preserves

Small batch production from Francesco Poderi in Abruzzo. 

The most loved Extra Jam in Abruzzo, you can find it in many desserts of our tradition. It has no added sugar. The Montepulciano grapes, well cultivated and harvested ripe, do not need sugars to ensure their conservation. Rich in antioxidants and polyphenols.

This deep red (with hints of blue) preserve is an ideal accompaniment to your charcuterie board. Every cheese board will be enhanced with this sweet, fresh, and slightly tannic jam hand crafted from Montepulciano grapes. 

It takes 200 grams of fruit to produce 100 grams of jam! 

Ingredients: Montepulciano grapes, sugar. May contain fragments of grape seeds.
