Olio Mimi is the family production first masterfully produced by Domenico Conserva, now the passion is carried forth by his sons Donato and Michele, along with Domenico’s wife, Giudetta. The farm primarily grows Coratina and Peranzana olives in Modugno near Bari. 

This is Mimi’s Ogliarola Barese monocultivar selection from the Premium Line. It is noted as green fruity of light intensity. Both clear and elegant with hints of lettuce and cut grass. The palate teasers are fresh almonds above other vegetal notes. In the finish, both bitter and spicy are present and balanced.
