Gerbino Biologica Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2023 (250 ml)

From the noted Sicilian wine estate, Di Giovanna in Sambuca di Sicilia in Agrigento, comes Gerbino Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The entire estate of vineyards and olive trees has been certified organic, and the 11 hectares of olive trees are Biancolilla (50%) and Nocellara del Belice (50%).

This unfiltered oil is produced with artisanal craftsmanship and family traditions. The olives are harvested by hand and crushed the same day to produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil. We’ve found this oil to be medio fruttato (medium fruity) with fresh and distinct aromas of olives and grass, scents found in the best Sicilian olive oils. Very low acidity, 0.20%.

Carries the EU Organic Leaf. Gerbino meets the lab standards for super premium olive oil.

Perfect with salads, and especially tomatoes. Stands up well to complex flavors.
