Bright, grassy, and unfiltered are the best features of Fratelli Colletti. A nice green with an elegant scent, you’ll enjoy notes of freshly cut grass, a hint of artichoke, and unripe tomato, with an intense spicy finish. We found this year's Fratelli Colletti to have floral/herbal elements, with complex notes, buttery characteristics, and a distinct peppery finish. This artisanal oil is produced from Caltabellotta’s local olive, known as the Buscionetta or Biancolilla di Caltabellotta.

This olive oil will serve well for bread dipping, salads, dressing tomatoes, and with the spicier cuisines of Sicily. This is a great selection, perfect for the flavors of summer. Enjoy this oil with grilled bread, a smear of garlic and a generous drizzle of Fratelli Colletti.

Tin packaging is prone to denting. A dented tin is a cosmetic issue that does not affect the quality of the oil.
