DeCarlo Black Olive Spread

The De Carlo family prides themselves on organic farming in southern region of Puglia. They produce award winning olive oil direct from the estate and use their olives to produce this incredible black olive spread. No artificial flavoring or ingredients are ever used. This is perfect for crostini and bruschetta.

Ingredients: 92% olives, 5% extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity regulator (citric acid). 

Once opened, cover with extra virgin olive oil and store in the refrigerator.
