To serve (see also recipe on package)
Bring 1.5 L of water to the boil and add the polenta, stirring briskly. Cook slowly, stirring continuously for at least 10 minutes. Pour onto a large plate and season to taste with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Makes 4-5 servings.

Ingredients: Pre-cooked cornmeal (97.2%), dry Porcini mushrooms (2.7%), parsley.
