A fine line of butter cookies lovingly and skillfully made by hand according to family recipes by Marchesi di San Giuliano. These delicate, crisp biscotti al burro are made using organic, fresh hazelnuts cultivated in the area of the Monti Nebrodi near Messina. The delicate nutty flavor and rich fragrance of the Sicilian hazelnuts complements the sweet, wafer-thin pastry.
Best enjoyed with tea or as a light treat at the end of a meal.
The estate dates back 800 years, and the fruit orchard has been organically managed since the 1980s. The lemon harvest and biscotti baking take place exclusively on the San Giuliano estate.
