Antonella Titone’s pristine 2023 features the Cerasuola olive cultivar. .

This year's D.O.P. harvest, made from 100% Cerasuola olives, has a complex and very green nose with notes of tomato vine and freshly cut grass. A symphony of sparkling green flavors dances in the mouth. Its pleasant bitterness is superbly balanced by a persistent spicy finish. Antonella tended to every detail with obsessive attention, and the result is pure perfection.

The pleasant bitterness of the oil is perfectly balanced by its persistent peppery finish, which will linger in your mouth and throat. Antonella and her father Nicola (who died during the fall 2022 harvest) tended to every detail with obsessive attention, and the result is pure perfection.

This ultra fragrant oil is outstanding on avocado, citrus, pesto alla Trapanese, and Sicilian pasta with sardines.
