Incredible flavor can be revealed with just a small drizzle of this 2022 Olio de la Marchia Ascolana Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Made exclusively with prized Ascolana olives, this product comes from olive trees in Ancona, an area of the Marche region that is protected by hills from the north wind to create the ideal conditions for a good harvest. The olives are taken to the mill for processing within four to six hours of being harvested to capture the freshest flavors possible.

This Ascolana olive oil features a beautiful balance of fruity and herbal flavors, including notes medium ripe tomato, white apple, banana, basil, celery, lettuce, and mint. It pairs well with lighter fare, including artichokes, tomato salads, goat cheese, and bean purees. For main courses, use Olio de la Marchia Ascolana Extra Virgin Olive Oil to bring extra flavor to marinated bluefish, amberjack tartare, baked poultry, and salmon.
